The Annual Meeting of the shareholders of Harel Frères Limited took place on June 30th, 2011 in the presence of several Board Members including the Chairman of the Board, Hugues Maigrot, and the Managing Director, Cyril Mayer.
A quorum of shareholders have attended the meeting and have unanimously approved all the resolutions that were submitted to them for voting. The AM was followed by an Investors Relation Meeting on the following Monday that welcomed a number of institutional investors and stockbrokers. Cyril Mayer and the management staff from the head office were present to respond to their queries
